Greetings Art Friends!

Recently returning home from an adventurous journey to the UK and the cool delights of the Highlands of Scotland, Tom and I are now planning our annual Fall Open Studio on Oct. 28 and 29.

We are ready to enjoy your company and to share Tom’s inspirational photographs of the Scottish bog floe country at Forsinard, and the fantastic peaks and crags of the Northwest Highlands.

I will be showing several collage pieces from my continuing series, “The Secret Lives of Trees,” plus work inspired by the intensely rich colors of the late September foliage on Scotland’s North 500 Route. Notecards with imagery of my artwork will be available for sale too.

We enjoy opening our home and studio to all who appreciate great art, good food, drink and stimulating conversation! The autumn promises to be lovely after the heat of summer out here on the “Scenic River Road.” You will appreciate the beautiful autumn colors as you take an excursion to our home.
