Collage Ideas / Mixed Media
Available class times:
Please contact me if you are interested in taking this class. Classes can be held on any day of the week with a minimum of two people.

What you will learn:
- Acrylic techniques - wet on wet: salt, plastic wrap, watercolor crayon and oil pastels
- Wax dip for paper, found objects, cloth
- Monoprinting by hand - small works
- Using oil pastels in mixed media
- Gluing process for collage
- Types of various papers to use
- Answers to your questions
Things to bring:
- Failed paintings on paper (watercolor, oil, pencil drawings, etc.), if you have any!
- Found objects, i.e., leaves, twigs, etc. (we have plenty in our yard to use)
- Ideas! Because of limited drying time, you will not complete a finished piece but you will go home with lots of new ideas and experiments!
- A drawing board if you want to take your taped down paper home to dry. Barb has enough boards for use in class and to demonstrate.
- Wear old clothes, apron or painting shirt.
Class size is limited to four people so you will receive lots of personal instruction.
